Returns
Goods must be returned within three weeks of order date - unworn and unwashed.
1. Include the packaging slip included with your parcel
2. Indicate clearly the reason for return of item(s)
3. Send the returned item to the address which appears at the top of the packaging slip
4. Please ensure your name, address and telephone numbers are clearly indicated
A credit payment excluding delivery charges (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) will be made (dependent upon your original method of payment) or credit can be held against your membership for future purchases. Please indicate which you prefer.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the same requirements for returns (1 – 4 above) apply. Also:
5. Indicate your exchange requirements. If possible, please include an alternative option as your first choice may have sold out
6. Include AUD $6.25 (cheque, money order or credit card details) for redelivery within Australia
7. Remember to clearly indicate your name, address, telephone number and instructions
Within Australia - no redelivery fee applies when exchanging size.
Other countries - delivery costs will be at the original freight charge.
MEGboutique attempts to process refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receipt. However, usual ordering times will apply if stock is not immediately available.
